Hello ma'am and welcome.

First of all,you have mentioned getting tested for the lump in your axillary region but have not mentioned getting the lump in your breast checked.

Please consulted a doctor for this, and get both physically examined and request for a mammogram. Once this has been investigated, based on the histological nature of the breast lump, we will be able to assess the nature of the situation.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.

Hi, thank you asking Healthcare Magic.
In women, conditions affecting the breast can lead to a swollen lymph node under the armpit. Now that you feel a lump below your breast, I would advise you should be screened for breast diseases. You probably need to see a gynecologist. Concerning the pain and tingling sensation you feel, it is probably one of the long term complications of diabetes (peripheral neuropathy). There is actually no cure but progression can be controlled by maintaining blood sugar within normal range, controlling blood pressure, following a healthy diet, maintaining a healthy weight and avoiding smoking. You may also need to see a doctor for prescription of pain relieving drugs.

I hope that answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. We will be delighted to answer more questions from you.
I wish you good health
