Should I Be Worried About Night Sweats And High Sugar Level After Meals?

Hi I had a A1c done yesterday and the result was 5.5 which I was told was normal not to worry. I have been feeling bad and having night sweats for a while now so I have been checking my sugar, I have been keeping track since the first of the year and I have reading of 121 or higher when I wake up and up to 205 two hours after a meal. should I be worried

hi, you have not mentioned whether you are a diabetic or not. The results are normal for a diabetic on drugs and there is no need to worry. night sweats are due to nocturnal hypoglycemia. Try to reduce the dose and it will be fine. if you are a non diabetic, you may require some medications, for which you need to consult a physician.
