Should I Be Worried About The Scrotum That Grows Bigger In An Infant?

Hello my son class born with a indent in his scrotum and seems to be getting bigger as he grows, also this morning I have notice when changing his nappy that he does have any balls in his scrotum he is nearly. 21 months old
And I can't feel them any where
Should I be worried??

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic
Your son has undescended testes.
Usually testes should descend by the time he is born.
Some times due to cremasteric spasm the testes may be at soperficial inguinal ring,but they are palpable.
Better to do USG Abdomen to locate the position of the testes.
After completion of one year of age if the testes have not descended into scotum and still they are in abdominal cavity,It needs surgical correction.
So consult pediatric surgeon and take his opinion
