Should I Be Worried About The Side Effects Of Diovan?

Hello, My husband is on Diovan, he takes Diovan 2x s a day, 80mg in the morning and 40 mg in the evening. He has been taking this medication for approximately 3 years. His doctor recently up this dosage that is why he is taking it 2x s a day. Her intentions are to help him build up his heart muscle due to CHF. This adjustment to the second dose of Divoan has been for a little over a month. We are seeing slight signs of sluggishness, confusion and becoming more tired. He was running almost 4x s a week prior to this increase. We went so far as to look up side effects and found these to be possible ones. Should we have concern? We will contact his doctor however, we are just reaching out for information.

YES DIOVAN CAN DO CAUSE SOME CONFUSION BUT ITS A VERY RARE SIDE EFFECT AND AT THE DOSAGE PRESCRIBED HE WILL RARELY HAVE THIS BECAUSE OF THE DRUG.

BUT STILL AS THE COMPLAIN SATRTED AFTER INCREASE OF THE DOSE IT CANNNOT BE IGNORED.

I SUGGEST YOU TO TEMPORARILY STOP THE EVENING DOSE IF YOUR FEASIBLE WITH TILL YOU CONSULT YOUR CARDIOLOGIST FOR THE SAME
