Should I Be Worried As Having Lower Back Pain After Playing Squash?

Hi Amit..

I'm having a lower back pain after playing squash. I din't have any pain while playing the match. But when i came back i am having some pain. Also it happened yesterday and has not subsided yet. Should i be concerned about this.

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be muscle spasm which trapped the nerve.

So take mild painkiller, apply muscle relaxant gel and use hot water bag. Avoid forward bending amd take rest.
