Should I Be Worried For A Bump In My Child S Butt Crack?

My 8 month old has a bump sort of in her butt crack, its hard when I touch it but it doesnt seem to bother her and shes not showing any signs of aggitation. In fact, shes just as happy as always.. crawling and everything. Should I take her to the emergency room? The bump is only slightly red, but as Ive said.. it is a little hard.

Hi..as this is centrally placed, I think this is a dermoid cyst. But it is not an emergency or need emergency room care But I suggest you get in touch with a paediatric surgeon. But I can assure you that this is not an emergency.
