Should I Be Worried For A Toddler Getting Injured On Head?

4 year old daughter hit monkey bar on the back of her head as she was jumping down. She cried for about 2 minutes. There is no bump, but it is tender to the touch. She is playing with her toys and is acting normal. I've put ice on it for about 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off and now putting ice on it again. She says her head doesn't hurt, but she says the ices makes it feel better. she is 37 lbs. Do I take her to the ER now or just observe her?

Hi, thanks for asking. In my opinion she seems to be fine. You may watch her for any vomiting or loss of conciousness. At present no need to go to the ER
