Should I Be Worried For Missed Periods At 45 Years Of Age?

I have not had a menstrual cycle in 51 days I have had a pap smear and was told everything was good and also told that I am not going through menopause.There is not a possibility of pregnancy. I am a couple weeks away from 45 years and have had my tubes tied since July 1998. Should I be worried ?
