Should I Be Worried For Occasional Headache, Tiredness With One Of The Ball Shrinking Inside Scrotum Sack?

Hi I have two queries first one is and it maybe something of nothing I think one one of my balls is shrinking inside my scrotum sack is there anything to worry about. And secondly I have fuzzy feelings inside my head and face sometimes and am usually tired all the time and have the occasional headache can you please tell me what I am suffering from.

Regarding the testis shrinking you need to get a USG scrotum done. Mostly it might be an age related phenomenon but there is a possibility of malignancy as well. Nothing wrong in being cautious.
