Hi Niranjan1
Welcome to healthcaremagic.com.Since it is a slighlty advanced stage it is better to go to a cancer institute for two reasons 1)it exclusively deals with cancer so better equipped with treating complications etc,,arising out of the disease or its treatment.
2) cancer breast involves multi modality treatment like chemo, radio and or surgery which is present in a cancer setup ,may not be available to a general surgeon.Having said all this the final decision lies with you only.Take care.
