Should I Consult An Andrologist Or Sexologist For Mild Scrotum Pain, Early Ejaculation, And Sperm In Urine?

Hi I continuously feel mild pain in my left scrotum that radiates upwards to left flank. Also, I have early ejaculation issue and it seems my urine has sperm in it. I feel lack of sexual drive and though there is no erectile dysfunction, i loosen up very quickly. It seems the sperm goes back.. Should I consult an andrologist or a sexologist or any other doctor..

Hello,

You can consult sexologist for your issue, but this is very common due to some inflammation may be due to epididymitis. It may occur because of the rash sexual activity, or some sports injury while playing aggressively. I suggest you to take some pain killer with anti inflammatory activity. Kindly refer to a sexologist to rule out the early ejection.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
