Should I Consult The Doctor For Vomiting And Loss Of Appetite In A 3 Year Old?

My 3 year old son woke up 2 nights ago projectile vomitting. He did this about 4 times. No fever. Just flushed cheeks. Seemed fine the next day, just kind of tired and grouchy with flushed cheeks. I couldn't get him to eat anything except 3 or 4 french frys and a couple of sips of juice.
Today he seemed tired, and just layed around and watched tv and is refusing food and drinks. Should I call the doctor, or take him to the ER?

Hi
Thanks for your query.
Since he is not taking fluids and meal there is chances of getting dehydrated.
Physical examination is needed.
I suggest you to tale him to ER.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
