Should I Continue T Minic Syrup As It Has Not Eased The Running Nose With Cough And Fever ?

Hi Doctor..
My 2 year old son has got running nose from last 2 days. I gave him T minic syrup twice a day.Still the problem persists and from today he has got a little cough nd a little fever too. Should i continue T minic or can give other syrup like Piriton or Ventorlin?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
I suggest you to get him examined by pediatrician .
In the meantime give acetaminophen for fever 6 hourly if it is above 100F.
Give warm fluids .
