Should I Continue Arthritis Classes At The Gym For Osteoarthritis?

I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis. A mri test concluded lumbar sprain, sprain of hip,and sprain of knee and leg. I am not sure what I should or should not be doing. I have attended an arthritis water class and a arthritis class at gym. Should I continue
