Hello,
Never commit this mistake of stopping the medicine or changing the medicines when your sugar levels are controlled.
Medicines are changed only if sugar control goes haywire.
It is very important to keep your blood sugar levels in meticulous control so as to avoid future macro as well as microvascular complications.
Supplement your self well with VIT D and VIT B12.
Observe proper dietary control and do regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.
Kerp your blood pressure and lipidprofile in required range.
Thanks
