Should I Continue Taking Pantop D For Constipation And Bloated Stomach?
Hello Doctor, I am Santosh, age 26, Male. I am suffering from below problems
1. I feel my stomach is heavy all the time. upper part of Stomach is bulged out. My digestion speed is very poor. I feel food is not coming out of stomach to intestine. I have lot of fat around stomach. I am feeling very uncomfort.
2. I have constipation problem also.
3. I have gas problem in upper part of my stomach.
I am using Pantop D and Fibogel powder since 3 months (Gastroenterologist prescribed) but, i find very little improvement. I want to get red of the problem. I am facing this problem since 6 years. Please provide a solution.

Some advices that I can give to you are: -Use simethicone medication for the bloating -Drink more water. - Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber. -Exercise more. -Drink coffee, especially caffeinated coffee. -Take Senna, an herbal laxative. -Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplements
