Should I Disontinue Vistaril If Its Causes Urinary Retention?

I have taken 3 capsules of vistaril since it was prescribed yesterday. Today I have not had to urinate more
than 2/3 cup all day. Should I discontinue taking it. I don't thinkd this is good. I have an overactive bladder
