Should I Follow A Strict Diet For Fatty Liver?

they found fat in my liver more than a month ago, and istaret a diet but my doctor told me it was not necessary to be on a hard diet due im skinny and i already lost 15 pounds, im taking omeprazole for my acid reflux treatment, i just started taking it 2 days ago and started to have a yeast infection, i had a yeast infection before about 7 months ago id didnt get checked by a doctro because i didnt have insurance then, so itreated qith miconazol and my yeast infection was gone because i never had discomfort until now my questions are if i treated my yeast infection before consulting a doctor caused me to have fat in my liver? and can i treat my yeast infection again with miconazole? can miconazole damage my liver or is it safe?

1. follow diet as advised by treating physician and re-test liver enzymes n lipid profile and liver ultrasound after 3 to 6 months

2. miconazole is an unlikely cause of fatty liver.

3. its better to visit a dermatologist or treating physician before taking miconazole.
