Hi Tina Louise Jones,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum
This is one of the common problem with the children of this age and usually they refuse to eat but they will be very active. To be on the safer side get the child examined by a good child specialist and he might prescribe some medicines to increase hunger if required.
Take care

Regards
Dr. Naveen Kumar
