Should I Get My Child Checked After An Injury On Fore Head?

Hi my 8 month old was trying to get out of his crib and fell there was a can of lysol on the floor and he hit his forehead after the bruise was gone i noticed that there is a dent IM EXTREMELY worried and don't know what to do because its been about 2 weeks and i just now noticed the dent
