Hello,

If your baby’s loose motions have lasted more than 2–3 days, or if there are signs of dehydration like little or no urine in 6 hours, dry tongue or lips, lethargy or unusual sleepiness then you are advised to see your pediatrician immediately. Do not lose time. Avoid giving him cow’s milk, fruit juice, or sugary drinks. If you are breast feeding him, take boiled food avoid taking oily and spicy food.

Continue breastfeeding or formula as it’s the main source of fluids and nutrition. Get your son clinically examined by a pediatrician as babies get dehydrated very soon. Since your baby is already on Darolac, which contains probiotics, you are advised not to add another probiotic without the pediatrician's advice, as too many strains at once can upset the baby’s gut balance.

Continue Onidrión as prescribed if vomiting is improving but do not overdose. Do not start Enterogermina or Econorm together with Darolac please check with your pediatrician to switch or continue one after your 7.5 months son has been clinically examined. Your son will be treated as required by the pediatrician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
