Should I Give Vaccination To My Daughter?

My daughter was walking on the side walk when a dog in leash with his owner was also walking, he tried to jump y daughter but held my his owner. was able to probably scratch on her arm. no mark noted though.

how should we proceed. I did not check with owner about dogs vaccination.

Hi... Any animal contact (even a lick, you say its a scratch) should be vaccinated and that too all the more when the vaccination status of the animal is unknown. Moreover this happen to be an unprovoked bite. So if I were your treating pediatrician, I would suggest that you take the full course of anti-rabies vaccines.
