Should I Go For A Treatment Based On The Attached Semen Analysis Report?

in my semen analysis test result is Antegrade / Retrograde Antegrade Physical Examination liquefication viscosity normal volume 3.0ml colour greyish opalescent P h 8.4 Microscopic exmination concentration 0-1 sperm/ HPF motility 0-1 Motile Sperm/HPF Agglutination nil my age is 30 year old male.can i am fit for fertility, or I should go for treatment? Hi. The sperm count is low and the report is not normal. I think you should consult a Urologist. It will need to be evaluated whether there is an obstruction to the path of travel of the sperms or whether there is a problem with the production of sperms. You will require an Ultrasound of the scrotum and maybe a Biopsy of the testicles.
