Should I Go For Bladder Suspension Surgery?

Is bladder suspension usually successful? My bladder can be seen at my vagina and I urinate about every hour or less sometimes. I usually do not get up in the night to urinate. My doctor does recommend the surgery. I am just nervous about having it.
