Should I Go For Laparoscopic Recanalization?

I had tubectomy done and would like to reverse the process through laproscopic recanalization. However, consulted Dr said my husband had low motility and my AMH is also low, started us on tablets. Wondering if we are right in choosing this process or to go for IVF etc
