Should I Go For X-rays For The Bump On The Head Which When Pressed Gives Headache?

i hit my head 3 days ago and there is still a bump and it also hurts whenever i touch it still , and if i hit it hard enough with my finger it gives me an instant headache all over again , i am wondering if it is reccomended that i go get x rays done

Yes you should definitely go to your GP and get yourself evaluated.Because any kind of hurt to the head should not be taken lightly.
