Hi i have hypertension, beginning diabetes, adult male 240 lbs 1 m 79, my blood pressure is 144/88 pulse 53
Is right now a mix of high blood pressure and low pulse,
Feeling a bit weak and some discomfort in the stomach area.
should i be worried and go to the emergency room or am i ok?

You should consult a physician for these.. it could be early hypertension. . Have an opinion and follow the diet and drugs as necessary. .
