Good day,
Noted your concern.
Yes, please increase the dose of Thyronorm to 75 mcg /day and recheck Free T4 and TSH after 6 weeks. You should aim for a TSH of less than 2.5 during first three months and a TSH level of less than 3 in next 6 months of pregnancy.
The baby's brain and other body development need good amount of thyroid hormones and untreated hypothyroidism can cause problems to baby. This is rare though. You are still in early pregnancy and do not worry. Increasing the tablets will not do any harm to the baby. It is good for the baby and safe.
