Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
First thing you should be make sure of is whether you are failing to conceive, the reasons may be the gynecological ,anemia, hypothyroidism, then comes the obesity, B.M.I,and male infertility.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis of the cause.
You may need to have M.R.I and other tests for diagnosis of the cause.
You can keep weight under control, by avoiding fats, fries, junk foods, and oily foods.
Increase your activity by practicing, morning walk, yoga, gardening, and do any work in front of you.
Minimize the sleeping time ,practice late to bed, and early to rise, avoid day time sleep.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
