Should I See A Doctor For Sudden Outbreak Of Oral Herpes, Lethargy, Ear And Jaw Pain And Spasm Beneath The Eye?

hi, I am a 40 year old male, have a history of poly-drug use. Following a big new years I have an outbreak of oral herpes. Also had ear and jaw pain and spasms beneath my right eye. In addition I have felt weak and lethargic since. The more I write the more I doubt that I actually have a query; are all these things probably related? Should I see a doctor and how important is it to abstain from drinking whilst in this predicament. Also on dexamphetamin
and methadone program. Would either of these likely complicate possible facial nerve issues?
