Should I See A Neurologist For Jaw Pain And Wet Feeling On Face?

I had a question about pain around my jaw...normally it's a dull, aching constant pain, but if I move my jaw or chew a certain way, I feel a pain so sharp that gives way to a wetness feeling on my face right in front of/above my ear...see a neurologist?
