Should I Stop Taking Clopidogrel While On Espazol?

Hi Doctor Rynne, I take Espazol (esomeprazole) a PPI for 14 days to address my gastritis. Since PPIs reduce the effect of clopidogrel, what schedule would you suggest for taking these medications, say espazol before breakfast and clopidogrel afetr dinner? Or should I stop taking clopidogrel in the meantime while I am taking espazol? I am also taking Valsartan & Nebivolol. Thank you, Cynthia (68 years old)

You can take Espazol in the empty stomach before breakfast and you can take Clopidogrel at the bed time.
