Should I Take Thyrox-25?

I had married before 2 months back and after my marriage, soon i had got weight gain i.e including my stomach also getting very fat. i had consult the Dr..., they had taken a thyroid test and told that i had a little thyroid problem and they insisted to take tablet Thyroxine Sodium Tablets IP ( THYROX - 25) . But Sir i had confused to take tablets because before 8 months back only i had tested Thyroid problem, then it was normal, no problem at all. But now how it appeared? i shocked..So please Sir, give me advice whether i had to take tablet are not? or it may get problem to my pregnency? or i had to go for once again test to confirm that i had thyroid problem..please tell me sir what to do?

What is your actual TSH value. With out knowing that difficult to answer this question. Usually people tend to put on weight after marriage due to many factors main being increased food intake in parties and post marriage receptions in relative's houses etc.
It is important to keep TSH
My advice would be to recheck a fasting Free T4 ( Ft4) and TSH after few weeks and to take a decision
