Should I Take Blood Pressure Medicine With Low BP?

Yes please. I suffer from high blood pressure and a high pulse rate; I am currently taking 10 mg tables of Lisinopril daily and I am also taking Chantix in order to stop smoking. Today my pressure dropped to 86 over 59 - pulse rate 70. I felt very tired all day. I just took my pressure again and the current reading is 101 over 69 with an 84 pulse. I am not sure if I should take my blood pressure medication this evening. Please advise. Thank you.
