Should I Take Dietary Pills Any More?

I took dietary pills for the first time today given to me by my mother. All day I have felt queasy, offbalance, dizzy, and sick. This is interfering with my schoolwork. I m 14 and a freshman in highschool. I just took my heart rate and it s 108, resting. What should I do?
