Should I Take Insulin For Fasting Sugar Level Of 160?

MY NAME IS ALI I M DIABETICE I USE PILL 3TIMES DAILY MY SUGURE LEVEL COUNT IN MORNING 140 to 160 but in evening at 800pm after walking 40 mints it is always lees then 100 some time like 60 tell me i need insulin or not.i have 2 stane before 4years.but i dont feel any bad in my heart .

Dear Ali,
I think you need to fine tune your medications. Your medications should avoid hypoglycemia. i dont think you need insulin yet but a detailed history of medications and sugar levels, Hba1c, weight , height and duration of diabetes will be very helpful to guide you in the proper direction.
