Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

While there are many types of brain tumors and management may vary I am afraid that there is no medication which can make a brain tumor vanish permanently. Macbutin furthermore is used to treat tuberculosis, I don't understand its prescription to be honest. So to answer your question you should go for surgery if neurosurgeons think it is beneficial.

I hope things work out for the best.
