Should I Take Medication If Uric Acid Level Is 6.6?

Hi i am sumeet and m 22 yrs old my uric acid level is 6.6 and m having swelling near my ankle my doc have given me omnacortil 10 mg and zerodol sp that have reduced swelling for some amount do u think i should also take medication for uric acid if yes plz suggest one..

your uric acid level is too high.
you have to cnsult a nephrolgist at earliest for detailed evaluation and further management.
