Should I Take My Son To ER?

My 7 year old son has been sick Sunday. He vomited once on Sunday and since has been running a fever. He felt really warm earlier, so I gave him some Ibuprofen. 45 minutes later he still felt very warm. I took his temperature and it was 104.3 after the Ibuprofen. I gave him some Tylenol and his temperature is still 102.6. He has had no appetite and has been complaining that his eye hurts. Should he be taken to the ER?
