Should I Take Panadol For Delayed Period?

hi. my period still delay for nearly a month now. I dunno why it happened. i've eaten gastric pills and Panadol for about 5 days during my fasting before the day that i supposed to have my period. I'm just wondering the reason. and fyi, after 2 days of my final period, my boyfriend and I did some 'game'. he fingered me. we're not sure if his precum entered my vagina. but for sure, he didn't eject inside me.
