Should I Take Siphene And Duphaston To Cure PCOS And Be Able To Conceive?

Hello Dr, I am a PCOS patient. I had my LMP on 22-Dec-2013, after which i was on siphene for 7 days; I ovulated on 11-Jan-2014 and I got my IUI on the same day. I have been on Dupaston 10 mg one tablet everyday for 2 weeks. I stopped Dupaston on 27-Jan-2014 and I have still not got my AF. Please advice when can i do a home pregnency test? if my test is negative is the delay in my AF due to Duphaston? please advice.

You can wait for a week after stopping Duphaston to take home pregnancy test.
