Hi and welcome to HCM..
I thank you for posting your query here and I'm definitely going to help you out..

I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases day in and day out..
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..

I will analyze all your points..

1. For your age, your BMI, the height and weight is absolutely normal. Good.

2. 10 to 15 pus cells is almost a definitive diagnosis of urinary tract infection, Uti.
Yes. More than 5 pus cells is generally considered as Uti.
Do not worry, it's curable completely.

3. Old report of innumerable pus cells, and 2 to 3 RBC. This doesn't worry me much..

4. Please get an urine culture and sensitivity..
This will give us the responsible organism and also, the antibiotics to be taken..

5. Please prevent such recurrent episodes of Uti by following methods..
A. Drink lot of water, around 4 to 5 litre a day.
B. Personal hygiene
C. Do not store urine for longer time.. Pass urine regularly .

Hope this helps you, in case you need any further assistance, please let me know.
Take care and God bless.
