Should I Worry About Acne While Taking Femilon For PCOS?

would like to knw about usage of femilon . my girl friend has been advised to take this medicine in view of PCOS but act we are not looking for birth control n main problem is acne, weight gain n hair growth due to PCOS. is femilon solution to dis problems.

Hello.
Thanks for the query.
Actually birth control pills control acne to a greater extent.
We in fact advice OCP for severe acne.
You dont need to worry about acne or hair fall.
Only concern with ocp is weight gain.
Acne treatment needs a combination of approach.
Please follow this regimen.
1. Apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face.
2. Apply dew soft moisturiser and sleep.
3. In early morning apply clindac gel.
4. After bath apply suncote gel.
Carry on with this regimen for a month you will get improvement.
