Should I Worry About Seeing Moving Pixels In Objects?

Hello, My name is Teri. I am 47 years old and weigh 118 lbs. Since 1996 i occasionally see moving pixels in certain objects. A wall or a certain object when I am looking for it. I have Degenerative disk disease and It occurs when I look straight at an object. I can t make it happen, it just does. I also have developed occasional migranes that I felt were related to my C3 or C5 lack of cartilage. Sometimes my headaches last 24 hours, but the moving pixels don t coincide with them. I have a family history of high blood pressure, but have had doctor visits and my pressure was normal. It doesn t seem to hurt me, but it s weird. I know that we see with our brains. Should I be worried?
