Should I Worry For A Heavy Whitish Vaginal Discharge And Severe Pain During First Day Of Periods ? I Am 19 Years Old

Hello Doctor , I m 19yrs old. I m having so much vaginal discharge . A whistish sticky fluid is flowing. My menstrual cycle is regular but I always suffer severe pain during first day of menstrual cycle.. Is there any serious problem?

usually a small amount of discharge is normal. if associated with pain. itching.and bad odour it can be that u r suffering from an infection.

A certain amount of discharge is normal during certain times of the menstrual cycle.If you have itching,pain,foul odour then infection is likely.Also pain on day 1/2 of periods is also normal.

I am 23 yrs old, and have had normal periods and discharge. My periods always last about 5 days and is heavy the first 2 days and very light the last 3-4 days. However, this last cycle I have noticed that it has lasted 10 days and is medium flow, but is smelly and the discharge is brownish and thick w blood. It doesnt hurt or itch, but Im worried it might be something serious. I have been checked and my tests came back negative for any STDs.
