Should I Worry If The Wound Due To Dog Bit Is Swollen And Numb To Touch ?

I was biten by a dog about 2 days ago the puncture wond was very deep I cleaned with hyrogen soap and water and applied neosporin right away the dog is vaccinated today the bite is still swollen and numb to the touch should I see a doc I had a tetanus shout about 5 years ago
