Should Regestrone 5 Be Continued To Regularize Periods?

I am 43 yrs old.for the frist time my periods delay for 2 months I got my last period on 2nd may . I am also vry tensed bcuz of my husband job problem.I took regestron 5 mg for one day one in morning n evening.I got just spotting for one day n than stopped.I should continue regestron as prescribed for days or not.
