Should A Doctor Be Consulted For Abdominal Pain Along With Nausea And Diarrhea?

a couple of years ago, i was diagnosed with two tumors one attached to the pancreas, but after two years of watching if there changes, none and Dr. felt not to operate since it was not critical. He sent me a Dr. Jane letter and said he would not need to see me again. Since then, abdomen pains, nauseaa , diahrea or soft stools, all comes very fast, should i find a dr?

* The abdomen pain with nausea, diarrhea in a patient with previous diagnosis of tumor pancreas, should never be neglected.
* I recommend a second opinion with fresh CT scan of abdomen & pelvis with contrast.

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the history of some lesion of pancreas but later on it is asymptomatic and then suddenly have some symptoms of diarrhea, pain, nausea then it has to be seen by doctor, just to rule out the possibility of lesion again or anything else.
