Should A Doctor Be Consulted For Fatigue Along With Body Ache And Sore Throat?

I am a 59 y.o. female who is almost never sick in bed. Yet, since Christmas, I have had several bouts of mild-to-moderate illness that have kept me mostly in bed 20 out of the last 38 days. My symptoms have been upper respiratory stuff, fatigue, body aches, sore throat (including a bout of strep throat), and some nausea -- nothing earth-shaking, but definitely not normal for me. Should I see my doctor?
