Should A Medical Check Up Be Done For Abdominal Bloating And Appetite Loss?

hi. I’ve had some stomach trouble for about a week now. Bloating, pressure in the lower abdominal area. Feeling of fullness and no appetite. Exhaustion. In the morning when I first wake up, everything is normal. But as the day progresses, the discomfort gets worse. I’m wondering if this is something I just need to wait out or if I should get checked out. It’s miserable

It may be due to the acute gastritis or food Intolerance or Irritable Bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or infections or malobsorption syndromes etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It may be due to the acute gastritis or food Intolerance or Irritable Bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or infections or malobsorption syndromes etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid lactose contain food and gluten contain food. Get it done stool examination is done, Upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy then get treated accordingly.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.
Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.
Avoid gluten free diet, avoid dairy products.
If symptoms not improved please consult your gastroentrologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
